Pastor A. Dwight Burchett is the President of NORCAL NAE. He has served on the NORCAL NAE executive board for 35 years.
Until May 1998 he pastored Valley Community Church in Sacramento for 37 years. Reverend A. Dwight Burchett has been deeply invloved in his community as well as the religious community.
